Position Purpose:

To assist the Centre in regular office operations and asset management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Procurement Management
  • Centre HR Operations
  • Local and International Travel Arrangements
  • Staff Management
  • Workshop, Conferences, and events arrangements
  • Assets and stationery management
  • Support for regular office operations

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Proficient in the use of computer and well-versed in MS Office, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook Express

  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Ability to meet short deadlines

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • BBA Degree (Bachelor of Business Administration) is required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is required
