Position Purpose:

LUMS is looking to hire an expert in social media brand development and digital marketing. The role envisions increasing online presence of National Incubation Center (NIC) and assisting startups in developing their social and digital media marketing strategies and executing them.

Key Accountabilities:

  •  Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring NIC’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase outreach.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  •  Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  •  Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Develop briefs for startups on how to define their brands/services for social and digital marketing platforms.
  • Develop briefs for SEO and social media optimization of brands.
  • Facilitate start-ups on developing their social and digital media strategies.
  •  Facilitate startups on understanding social and digital media tools for monitoring and optimizing their social/digital media presence.
  • Facilitate startups in developing a distinct voice for their brands on social/digital media.
  •  Manage tools for monitoring of social media and advise startups on their positioning from social listening.
  • Facilitate startups on developing launch plans and refining sections of their investor pitches that deal with social/digital marketing of their brands.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by senior executives.

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters Degree specialization in Marketing from an HEC recongnized University

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Social and Digital marketing experience with a reputable digital marketing agency

Work Schedule:

Business hours may extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload. Flexibility & commitment is a must.
