Job Purpose:

To undertake and where appropriate lead research projects, generating reports and publications based on research findings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Gathering, Cleaning, managing, and analyzing data using statistical softwares like Stata, R or Python.
  • Generating various data reports.
  • Designing and supervising surveys to collect quality data.
  • Insert customer academic and financial data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify and sort information accurately according to priorities to prepare source data.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Discuss findings with other personnel to evaluate validity of findings.
  • Comply with data integrity, management, security policies and maintain complete confidentiality in all aspects.
  • Ensuring accuracy of information relayed to all stakeholders.
  • Maintaining department-specific files and data in an organized manner/system while complying with data management protocols.
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and collation of project documents as per need.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • 4 years Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s degree from an HEC recognized University or a foreign University of good repute with a focus on communication and analysis
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Schedule & Travel:

Business hours may extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload. Travel may be required depending on departmental needs. Flexibility & commitment is a must.
