Responsibilities: 
  • Keeping track of all the documents received.
  • Delivering the documents to the relevant personnel/ office.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents in relevant files.
  • Assist in making calls to applicants/ students for retrieval of documents whilst maintaining a record of the same.
  • Data Entry & Updation of excel records as specified.
  • Assist in setting up arrangements for meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Assist in retrieval of files/ materials from other offices/ store rooms.
  • Receive the phone calls and take the massages when the supervisor is not on the seat.
  • Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines as assigned by the Supervisor/ HOD.
Skills: 
  • Ability to communicate well in both English and Urdu
  • Proficient in the use of computer and well versed with the MS Office
