- Keeping track of all the documents received.
- Delivering the documents to the relevant personnel/ office.
- Ensure proper filing of documents in relevant files.
- Assist in making calls to applicants/ students for retrieval of documents whilst maintaining a record of the same.
- Data Entry & Updation of excel records as specified.
- Assist in setting up arrangements for meetings.
- Assist in preparation of materials for meetings.
- Assist in retrieval of files/ materials from other offices/ store rooms.
- Receive the phone calls and take the massages when the supervisor is not on the seat.
- Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines as assigned by the Supervisor/ HOD.
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Urdu
- Proficient in the use of computer and well versed with the MS Office
