Key Accountabilities:

The Intern Learning & Development will report directly to the Associate – Learning & Development at NICL and will provide/extend support in:

  • Support L&D team in the design and delivery of training solutions across all programs.
  • Provide logistical support to team and faculty during training sessions.
  • Prepare content summary and startup participation record during training sessions that is required for reporting of L&D projects.
  • Design and monitor any communication on behalf of L&D team across different platforms (WhatsApp, email).
  • Facilitate in gathering feedback, maintain curriculum database and training records.
  • Participate in planning, execution, and evaluation of mentorship program.
  • Maintain a good relationship with NICL incubated and alumni startups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate exchange of data or any other support needed upon request.
  • Support the team in planning and execution of events that include external visits, guest speaker sessions, cohort orientation, graduation, and investor summit.

Knowledged and Skills:

  • Proficiency in word processing and presentation software.
  • Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors, cameras, and speakers.
  • Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial flair to efficiently multitask.
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data.

To qualify for this role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management Science, Communication, Business Administration, or any relevant degree from a reputed local/foreign university.
  • This position requires no prior experience.
