Position Purpose:

National Incubation Centre (NIC) at LUMS is looking to hire a senior level resource with experience of marketing brands and developing strategies for effective brand communication.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring NIC’s marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness and outreach.
  • Develop brand communication to establish the brand’s positioning and create effective value for the incubation center amongst target audience.
  • Articulate and manage marketing and sales activities for the brand.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the incubation center and ensure high ROI.
  • Oversee development of all marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate and execute all marketing and sales activities.
  • Develop the style guide for the brand and take overall responsibility for the center’s corporate identity.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Guide on Social Media strategy and monitor important social media KPIs.
  • Measure the success of every marketing campaign.
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Facilitate startups on developing marketing plans and refining sections of their investor pitches that deal with marketing of their brands.

Qalification:

Bachelors (Hons) / Masters in Marketing or a related discipline degree from a reputed local/foreign university

Experience:

3-5 years of brand management experience in a leading role for a brand

Work Schedule & Travel:

Business hours may extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload. Travel may be required depending on departmental needs. Flexibility & commitment is a must.
