- Responsible for serving guests on orders in EDH during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Responsible for receipts and cash transactions once the order is complete.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the dining tables and chairs.
- Preparing the dining tables and placing of plates/utensils.
- Preparation of buffet tables.
- Portioning the food from Buffet / Baine Marie and serving it to the guests.
- Shifting of plates and silverware from dining to dish washing area after the meal.
- Cleanliness and refilling of dispensers and coolers.
- Cleanliness and refilling of coffee machine and tea dispensers.
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and ambiance of the allocated area.
