Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in designing and conducting research.
  • Conducting systematic literature reviews and preparing peer-reviewed manuscripts, grants, and reports.
  • Collecting and analyzing quantitative data using SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, and other related software.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in designing and conducting research, and reporting findings in a scientific manner. Hands-on experience in quantitative data analysis using SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, and other related software.
  • Prior experience of conducting research and writing thesis/published articles in management/OB/HRM-related journals

Travel Requirement:

  • May require within Pakistan

 

Skills: 
  • The RA should be capable of writing for academic
  • Highly proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Quantitative data analysis skills using SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, and other related software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong academic writing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadline and work after office hours, when needed.
Qualification: 
BBA/BSc/MBA/MS in Psychology or Management Sciences. Preferably Master’s degree in Management Sciences with a major in Management/OB/HRM
Knowledge: 
  • Knowledge of business research methods.
  • Knowledge of conducting systematic literature reviews and preparing peer-reviewed manuscripts, grants, and reports.
  • Be able to conduct literature searches related to the above topics: identification of articles, summary of key findings.
  • Knowledge of conducting systematic literature review and preparing peer-reviewed manuscripts, grants, and reports.
