Responsibilities: 

Manage & Administer Undergraduate & Graduate Program

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage & Administer all programmes;
  • Arrange admission committee meetings;
  • Assist in reviewing criteria for admission to all programmes; 
  • To plan and coordinate admission related activities;
  • Coordinating with faculty members for admission criteria & weights;
  • Prescreening of admission applications;
  • Preparing offer/rejection letters;
  • Conducting tests & preparing result cards;
  • Team supervision/development: provide support to team in actual work;
  • Processing readmission cases;
  • Processing withdrawal cases;
  • Schedule Interviews for all Programmes; and
  • Reply the Queries of students regarding admissions through email and AM.
  • Logistical arrangements for evaluation tests and summer coaching sessions;
  • Reinforcing and creating of alliances;
  • Compiling results of applicants;
  • Developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the admission process;
  • Making sure that all admission procedures are followed in accordance with established policies;
  • Maintaining database for various classes and providing statistical data of the admissions for decision making purpose;
  • Processing of all transfer, visiting & applications of Audit students;
  • Communicating admissions relevant information to Marketing Dept. for LUMS website;
  • Scheduling of meetings and taking minutes;
  • Providing all possible support to other areas if required.

Travel/Work Schedule/Work Environment:

Travel may be required. Business hours often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules. During the Covid-19 situation, you may be allowed to work from home, which will require you to create a suitable work environment for yourself (internet connectivity, an environment that supports your productivity at home per your own preferences and working style, setting your own work-hours, etc.)

Qualification: 
Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master's degree from an HEC recognized university
Knowledge: 

Admin/Managerial/Admissions & Financial Aid

Experience: 
2-3 years of post-qualification work experience.
