Senior Officer - Dean's Office - OSA

Position Purpose

To assists in timely accomplishment of the dean’s major academic as well as non-academic tasks. Performing activities relating to communication and coordination (within the department and externally), including typing various documents, such as emails, announcements, minutes, reports, etc.

• Help in process management and improvement efforts
• Maintain an interface with the students and parents
• Attend to and follow up with individual students queries/complaints/requests
• Providing relevant information to and interact with the students (and parents if required)
• Follow up collaborative linkages with external educational institutions
• Deal with the external enquiries regarding the school and its various programmes and activities
• Work in close collaboration with other departments like Coordination Office, Administration etc. deal with the day to day matters. 
• Assist in planning and coordinating various activities at the school and the departmental level
• Preparing and monitoring Dean’s Office budget for the entire fiscal year and provide support in the compilation of yearly school budget.
• Maintaining files in an organized manner/system
• Generating various reports as and when requested

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Masters or Four year Bachelor degree from HEC recognized institution

Administration, events, and processes

Experience (Minimum): 
At least two years in a coordination and support role
