Job Description
LUMS invites applications for an Admin & Finance Associate for its LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship at an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting supervisors in admin and finance functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Implementation of procurement policy and creation of purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Compilation and completion of documentation as per donor requirements for quarterly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with the P2P cycle.
- Preparation of budget utilisation reports through SAP.
- Assisting supervisors in day-to-day financial and operational matters.
- Implementing and managing facility activities.
- Assisting supervisors in the general maintenance of all facilities of the Centre.
- Coordinating with internal offices as well as external contractors and vendors to complete Centre activities.
- Supporting supervisors in Centre procurement and liaison with other departments.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements regarding finances, procurement, and employment.
- Performing any other relevant tasks assigned by the Finance & Admin Managers.

Job Specifications
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognised institute.
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience with admin and finance tasks, preferably in a university setting.
- A “get-it-done” attitude with strong decision-making abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate on cost, quality, and timeliness.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Terms of Contract: Full-time (Contractual Employment)
Travel/Work Schedule
Travel may be required depending on departmental needs. Flexibility and commitment are necessary.
9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
