Position Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for successfully executing the LUMS Summer School and Young Learners Programme.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations & Administration:
• Assist with the planning and executing of all tasks related to the Summer School at LUMS.
• Assist in various administrative tasks and provide support to all office operations.
• Answer email/telephone queries.
• Liaise with vendors for logistics-related needs such as catering, venue setup, or printing materials.
• Provide on-ground support during sessions to ensure smooth execution and address participant queries.
• Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines assigned by the Supervisor/HOD.
• Assist in classroom duties, including monitoring student attendance, ensuring classroom setup, coordinating with instructors, and addressing student queries.
Communication & Coordination:
• Perform communication and coordination-related activities within the department and externally, such as making calls, coordinating with participants, drafting emails, etc.
• Help the team supervise the classes and events.
• Assist with student engagement by facilitating discussions, group activities, and workshops.
• Maintain engagement on social media during Summer School.
Marketing & Content Creation:
• Create content for social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and write post descriptions.
• Write blogs about Summer School/Young Learners for the website.
• Organise events.
• Prepare reports and summaries on participant feedback and overall performance.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Photography
• Effective multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Social media management skills (Instagram and TikTok).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to handle digital tools for surveys and feedback collection (e.g., Google Forms).

Qualifications:
Bashelor's from an HEC recognized university
