Position Purpose:
The Curriculum and Program Development Team Lead will spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of curricula for both Summer School and evening continuing education courses. This role requires a candidate with a passion for education, a keen understanding of diverse learning needs, and the ability to collaborate with faculty and industry experts to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
Curriculum Design and Development:
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of course curricula, ensuring alignment with CES's educational objectives and the evolving needs of learners.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Program Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of Summer School and evening courses, ensuring a diverse and relevant course offering.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to manage course schedules, resources, and logistics.
Faculty Collaboration:
• Work closely with LUMS faculty, alumni, and industry professionals to develop and deliver courses.
• Provide guidance and support to instructors to maintain high teaching standards.
Quality Assurance:
• Establish and implement evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations to identify emerging educational needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Represent CES at events, workshops, and conferences to promote programs and initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Microsoft Word, and Excel

• Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexibly during evening and weekend hours during the programme.
Qualification:
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum design and program development, preferably within continuing education or higher education settings.
Demonstrated experience in leading educational programs and managing teams.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse instructional methodologies.
