Position Purpose:
The intern will play a vital role in supporting the Career Services Office by assisting with key operational and engagement activities. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in data management, event coordination, and project support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The intern will collaborate with various teams to enhance the office’s overall effectiveness and student engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
Placement Data Collection
- Assist in gathering and organizing placement data and statistics.
- Support the creation of reports to track placement trends and outcomes.
Recruitment Drives
- Provide assistance in planning and executing recruitment events.
- Help manage logistics, communications, and coordination for recruitment drives.
Networking Sessions & Career Fair
- Support the organization and facilitation of networking events and career fair.
- Aid in maintaining communication channels with participants and external stakeholders.
CSO Projects
- Contribute to various CSO initiatives by providing administrative and operational support.
- Assist with project tasks to ensure timely and successful execution.
CSO Operations and Coordination
- Help with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth internal coordination.
- Assist in communication and scheduling tasks across the CSO team.
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands on Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Forms, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork · A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work autonomously.
