Key Accountabilities:

  • Patrons’ accounts creation.
  • Circulation (issuance, return, reserve, renewal of library material).
  • Creating metadata for library material in Virtua.
  • Debugging of metadata.
  • Cross-checking of received material (matching ordered and received material).
  • Scanning of contents for digitization.
  • Facilitating and maintaining the electronic press clipping record.
  • Facilitating subscription of serials and databases.
  • Maintaining the log of serials.
  • Preparing and routing Table of Contents of journals to faculty members.
  • Helping in search and retrieval of the case laws.
  • Answering users’ basic queries.
  • Shelf-reading of the assigned area of collection.

MLIS / BS Information Management with CGPA 3.0 and above.
