What You’ll Do

Vision & Strategy

• Shape CeDAR’s strategic roadmap — academic, policy, and entrepreneurial.
• Position CeDAR as South Asia’s thought leader in digital assets research.
• Anticipate tech and regulatory trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

Build & Launch

• Create research programs, public engagement platforms, and pilot initiatives.
• Curate training programs for regulators, bankers, and government leaders.
• Lead cross-sector hackathons and innovation challenges.

Connect & Influence

• Forge deep partnerships across academia, government, industry, and global blockchain ecosystems.
• Represent CeDAR at global forums, think tanks, and conferences.
• Attract top-tier collaborators and talent to the Center.

Lead & Grow

• Build and mentor an exceptional interdisciplinary team.
• Establish a governance framework with local and global advisors.
• Grow CeDAR’s impact, influence, and financial sustainability.
• Identify funding opportunities and engage faculty to develop grant proposals.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in leadership roles across academia, tech, finance, or government.
• Deep familiarity with digital assets, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
• A portfolio of high-impact projects or research in the space.
• Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building something new.
• Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• A network that spans borders, sectors, and disciplines.

(An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus — but bold ideas and a proven track record matter more.)
