Position Purpose:
The Alumni Relations Associate is responsible for enhancing alumni engagement by managing social media platforms and providing dedicated service support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain alumni social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement across platforms.
- Develop, write, and edit original content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Oversee the issuance and administration of alumni smart cards and parking stickers.
- Respond to alumni inquiries via the official alumni relations email in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate alumni connections with relevant departments such as the Registrar’s Office, Finance, Library, REDC, and Sports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of alumni events and activities, including Homecoming, Batch Reunions, and Chapter Reunions.
- Coordinate and conduct online elections for alumni chapters, associations, and affinity groups.
- Maintain and update the alumni database, including outreach through cold calls.
- Administer alumni benefits and services, including smart cards, parking stickers, and fine vouchers.
- Liaise with internal and external departments to support alumni-related initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Urdu
- Proficient in the use of computer and well versed with the MS Office and power point
- Business communication like letters, emails, phone call etiquettes

Education:
Bachelor (Hons.) or a Master degree from an HEC accredited university
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in education sector.
