Position Purpose :
To lead the creative, design and digital marketing initiatives for REDC by developing compelling visual content, managing digital platforms, and supporting branding efforts. The role involves creating marketing collateral, managing social media content production and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Job Type: Contractual 

Key Accountabilities :
•    Create in-house creative designs for digital marketing across all social media platforms.
•    Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets.
•    Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
•    Work with a wide range of media including print, digital, and animation.
•    Conceptualise visuals based on content performance (advertisement and marketing).
•    Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
•    Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using appropriate colours and layouts.
•    Ensure high-quality and error-free creative output.
•    Perform post-processing of photographs for marketing use.
•    Plan and manage content calendars and engagement strategies for social media platforms.
•    Support and execute branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all digital and print materials.
•    Manage digital platforms including website updates, email campaigns, and analytics tracking.
•    Contribute to digital content creation including copywriting, video editing, and multimedia storytelling.

Knowledge & Skills : 
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
•    Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategy.
•    Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Experience with content management systems and email marketing tools.
•    Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s & Master's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field

Experience :

2–3 years of experience in creative design and digital marketing roles. Experience in executive education or academic institutions.
