About the Role
The Associate – Learning & Development (L&D) will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and capacity-building activities. This role focuses on managing training schedules, coordinating faculty travel, and ensuring smooth delivery of events and workshops at centres in Lahore and Karachi. The Associate will work closely with internal teams, faculty, and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of all learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination
• Assist in developing and maintaining the training calendar.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and events.
• Ensure timely communication of training schedules with faculty and partners.
Faculty and Travel Management
• Coordinate faculty travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and local transport.
• Manage faculty itineraries, ensuring smooth alignment with training/event schedules.
• Act as a point of contact for faculty before and during their visits.
Event and Workshop Management
• Support in planning and delivery of training sessions, inductions, and review meetings.
• Liaise with suppliers and support teams for venue, catering, technical, and material requirements.
• Maintain records of attendance, feedback, and session reports.
Monitoring and Evaluation
• Gather and maintain documentation of all programme-related activities.
• Track and compile data on participant attendance, deliverables, training outcomes, and feedback reports.
• Maintain faculty profiles, L&D plan delivery records, and related documentation.
• Ensure accurate reporting in line with designated templates.
Project and Administrative Support
• Maintain updated project documentation, including training trackers, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with finance/admin for reimbursements, invoicing, and procurement related to training and events.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in learning and development, project coordination, or event management.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
