Position Purpose:

To operate and maintain the BMS system installed in LUMS.

Key Accountabilities:

❖ Operate and monitor HVAC equipment through the BMS.
❖ Maintain temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality parameters as per requirements.
❖ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
❖ Maintain daily log sheets, operational readings, and reports.
❖ Coordinate with HVAC Supervisor for major faults and breakdowns.
❖ Support preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
❖ Monitor energy consumption and follow energy-saving practices in HVAC.

Knowledge and Skills:

❖ Must have knowledge about different type of BMS
❖ Must have knowledge about different brand of Equipment and servers.

Travel/Work Schedule:

❖ Travel may be required. Business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules.
