Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Marking class participation during classes and discussing with the faculty after class;
  2. Taking attendance of students in discussion groups and classes;
  3. Keeping up-to-date record of attendance and class participation;
  4. Distributing reading material or checked assignments/quizzes etc to students;
  5. Marking exams, quizzes, assignments for the faculty members as per requirement
  6. Invigilating midterm and final examinations;
  7. Printing assignments and submitting them to the faculty within given deadlines
  8. Administering business games and all other simulation games and activities of MBA and EMBA programmes;
  9. Assisting Operation’s office in administrative tasks;
  10. Assisting Programme Coordination office in maintaining database of cases and readings.

Experience:

1-2 years

Behaviours:

  • Professional conduct with students, faculty and SDSB team is inevitable but with civility at all levels.
  • Strong administration is a must. A pleasant disposition is required but with firmness of purpose and strict discipline so as to deter any unprofessionalism from any staff member. 

Additional Information: 

  • Travel:
    May be required, depending on departmental objectives
  • Work Schedule :  

    Business hours often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workload and event schedules. 



     

Qualification

Masters from an HEC recognized university.
