The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the National Center for Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (NCNN), ensuring the successful implementation of the PC-I, effective collaboration among partner institutions, achievement of project milestones, and compliance with administrative, financial, and regulatory requirements while supporting the Center's long-term strategic objectives. Manage the overall operations of the NCNN Secretariat.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities among partner universities and national laboratories.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for HEC, Planning Commission, and the Governing Board.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting in compliance with government and university regulations.
- Coordinate meetings of the Steering Committee, Technical Advisory Committee, and partner institutions, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Facilitate research collaborations, industry engagement, technology commercialization, and international partnerships.
- Supervise administrative and support staff of the Secretariat.
- Maintain project records, databases, website, and dissemination activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director.
Note: This is a Contracutal/PSDP Project-based position.
Minimum qualification required for this position:
Master’s degree in science or engineering disciplines with a minimum 02 years’ relevant experience in managing Science & Technology-related projects or bachelor’s degree in science & engineering disciplines with a minimum 03 years’ relevant experience.
