Highlights from the recent "Customer Service Superstars Training" organised by the Office of Human Resources at LUMS. The program was led by the esteemed trainer Mr. Zain Goplani, who brought his extensive expertise to the fore, guiding participants through an engaging and insightful training session.
The training covered essential aspects of customer service, including building strong customer relationships, enhancing communication skills, handling difficult situations with professionalism, and fostering teamwork to deliver outstanding service.
