LUMS HR recently organised a comprehensive training session on 11th October 2024, titled Emotional Intelligence, aimed at enhancing personal and professional growth through emotional mastery. The session was led by expert trainer, Ms Muzna Ali, known for her deep insights into emotional intelligence and its impact on workplace dynamics.
This training brought together participants from diverse departments, reflecting LUMS’ commitment to fostering holistic development and cross-functional collaboration. The key learning objectives focused on the following areas:
