LUMS HR recently hosted the 'Health and Happiness Program' at the LUMS Sports Complex on May 8, 2024, led by renowned trainer Shahnaz Minallah. Participants explored the transformative power of breath, yoga, and meditation to alleviate stress and enhance overall well-being.

 This interactive workshop fostered a profound connection between mind and body, guiding attendees towards inner calm and genuine happiness. Through experiential learning and practical techniques facilitated by Shahnaz Minallah, participants learned to bring energy and dynamism into their daily lives while cultivating mindfulness and presence.

 

The program emphasized practices that reduce stress and tension, detoxify the mind and body, and promote holistic health. By incorporating breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation practices, attendees discovered pathways to personal freedom and harmonious social relationships. 

This initiative not only aimed to improve physical health but also encouraged participants to explore deeper spiritual dimensions through continued practice.
