History by Night - Faculty and Staff Tour -

LUMS HR, in collaboration with the Walled City of Lahore Authority, successfully organised an exclusive History by Night Tour on Saturday, 28th December 2024. This immersive experience provided participants with a unique opportunity to explore Lahore’s rich heritage under the enchanting moonlit sky.

The guided tour featured some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including

· Huzoori Bagh,

· Majestic Badshahi Mosque,

· Historic Lahore Fort, and

· Breathtaking Sheesh Mahal

· Stunning Picture Wall.

Participants were captivated by live classical music performances and engaging interactions with characters from the Mughal era, adding a dynamic and theatrical element to the experience. The tour also included a vibrant Rangeela Rickshaw ride, offering a nostalgic glimpse into Lahore’s cultural vibrancy.

As part of this immersive journey, attendees explored these historic sites on foot, allowing them to fully appreciate the architectural grandeur and historical significance of each location. The tour was designed to be both educational and engaging, fostering a deeper connection with the city’s past.
