The office of Human Resources conducted a transformative Leadership Mastery training for management, facilitated by Zainab Khan from Seido HR.
The session covered core leadership principles, developing a leadership mindset,
mastering communication and influence, inspiring teams, leading through change, and building emotional intelligence for conflict resolution using Lumina Assessment Tool.
Participants developed self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enhancing strategic thinking and decision-making skills, improve communication, and strengthen leadership abilities, including delegation and change management.
