Managerial Skills Development training session was successfully organized by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with Learning Minds. The session was facilitated by Ms. Nadia Sayeed, an accomplished business professional with an MBA from IBA and over two decades of experience as a faculty member in the Department of Management and Social Sciences at IBA.
The training was conducted with the objective of strengthening the managerial capabilities of participants. It focused on enhancing essential managerial skills, including setting clear expectations, coaching and developing team members, effective delegation, performance management, handling difficult conversations, and building accountable, high-performing teams.
Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants gained valuable insights and practical strategies to strengthen their people management skills and drive improved team performance within their respective roles.
