The training was held across four batches, with participants from various departments. This diverse group reflected our commitment to inclusive growth and cross-departmental collaboration.

The primary objectives of the training were:
1. Training aimed to create an environment where people could learn from their own and each other’s experiences.
2. To allow participants to identify the key roles of a People Manager in light of the Care and Growth Leadership Model.
3. To uncover relevant competencies for participants to learn and execute those roles successfully.

The "People Managers Training" session was a significant step towards our goal of continuous employee development and excellence.
