The Office of Human Resources successfully conducted the Strategic Excellence in Relationships and Value Engagement (SERVE) training in collaboration by Zain Goplani from Zest Experience.

The dynamic and inspiring Zain Goplani led this two-day session, tailored specifically for our Admissions, Financial Aid, and National Outreach Program (NOP) departments. This training provided participants with essential tools to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of excellence.

Participants enhanced their communication and problem-solving skills, develop a customer-centric mindset, and learn effective strategies for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
