Vision to Victory
 

Marking the start of our new fiscal year, the first training on Goal Setting set the stage for a year of purposeful action and strategic alignment. The Office of Human Resources recently hosted Vision to Victory, an impactful goal-setting workshop for LUMS management, led by Ms. Rubina Jamal from Insolito. Participants gained clarity on setting aligned goals, identified bottlenecks, explored time and project management tools, and left with actionable plans and renewed leadership commitments for timely execution.
Through the second session, participants further strengthened their understanding of effective goal-setting, refined strategies for overcoming challenges, and reinforced leadership commitments to drive impactful outcomes in the new fiscal year.
