Workplace Ethics Program for Custodian Staff at LUMS

July 3, 2024

LUMS recently organized an impactful training session on workplace ethics for our dedicated custodian staff. The session, aimed at fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and professionalism, was conducted by Ms. Zuha Ansari, Learning and Engagement Lead, and Mr. Faisal Nadeem, Operations Lead.

The comprehensive program covered essential topics such as ethical behaviour, effective communication, and the importance of maintaining a positive work environment. Ms. Zuha emphasized the significance of upholding ethical standards in daily tasks and interactions, while Mr. Faisal provided practical insights into how these principles can be integrated into operational routines.

Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, participants gained a deeper understanding of workplace ethics and their role in creating a harmonious and productive environment. The training not only reinforced the core values of LUMS but also strengthened the bond among the team, promoting unity and trust.

This initiative reflects our commitment to continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that every member of our community embodies the highest ethical standards. We believe that such efforts are crucial in fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
