Creative Thinking and Problem Solving

The Office of Human Resources recently organised a training session on Creative Thinking & Problem Solving, facilitated by Mr. Naveed Ilyas Saya from Learning Minds. 


The programme equipped participants with practical tools to enhance decision-making and problem-solving effectiveness, including striking the right balance between evidence-based and intuitive approaches, applying six idea amplification methods, and mastering root cause analysis techniques. 

This engaging session empowered our colleagues to think more creatively, solve problems with greater confidence, and drive meaningful outcomes in their professional roles.
