Critical Thinking & Problem-solving training session, facilitated by Mr. Waleed Anwar Ahmed from Carnelian was designed to support the professional development of our staff by enhancing their ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective, sustainable solutions. Participants of this session were encouraged to think creatively, explore alternative perspectives, and apply structured decision-making techniques to real-world challenges.
